Microsoft Does the Right Thing
July 5th, 2007After what seems to be enough anecdotal evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law, Peter Moore finally admits for Microsoft that there have been problems with the 360 hardware and that they are taking action by extending the warranties for all 360 hardware to 3 years in cases that have the red ring of death. This is great news for 360 owners and potential owners, as it definitely alleviates the worry that your $400 investment will die so soon into the console’s lifetime. This essentially covers people, even initial adopters, for what should be roughly half the console’s lifetime.
